A container with the body of a pig or a pig hiding a bottle inside of it but failing at the cap. The container itself feels more precious than its constituents. It needs more protection than the fluid it gulped and kept within its belly walls. This peculiar object doesn’t come from my imagination which is rather limited, but from the green-suited-‘pigged’ bottle that stood atop the first shelf I encountered in Ray Yoshida’s collection. The remembered image and feel I carried as a residue was far more satisfying than the photoed object I arranged for a reference.
